Zero tolerance of alcohol or drugs - if anyone turns up under the influence you will not be allowed in and no refund will be given.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY..

*One nights accommodation in Victorian themed rooms including the former Cellar Morgue - single beds in all rooms, plus extra sturdy camps beds in museum room and in some rooms ( bedding is provided even for the camp beds)

*Use of a hot water urn and access to water.

* Access to our main Haunted Objects Museum room ( although there are some haunted objects scattered around the whole building)

* Access to our Victorian Seance Parlour

*Toilet & shower facilities ( bring your own towels & Toiletries)

* Small fridge behind the bar for you to store food

*Central heating throughout plus extra electric heaters during winter.

*Electric plug sockets in all rooms including the cellar.

BEDROOMS

The Black Widow ~ 2 single beds

The Old Nursery ~ 3 single beds ( There is also a camp bed which is provided with bedding)

The Portrait room ~ 3 single beds ( There is also a camp bed which is provided with bedding)

The Museum room ~ 4 camp beds with bedding provided

The Old Cellar Morgue ~ 4 single beds & 1 coffin bed

~BEDDING IS PROVIDED~

Someone will be onsite at all times

You will have the whole place to yourself (except the séance parlour/gift shop)

You will be given a health & safety briefing and guided tour before we leave you to it - Teams for public resale are allowed

24 hour cctv surveillance in operation

ALL TEAMS/GROUPS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THIER PUBLIC LIABILY INSURANCE.

The person who makes the booking is fully responsible for all people in attendance , property and rooms. Any damage to property or contents will have to be paid for.

Any rule break or bad behaviour will result in immediate termination of booking. You will be asked to leave - No refund given!
