What's Included

• Exclusive access to the entire building

• Victorian-themed accommodation for up to 20 guests

Bedding: Bottom sheets and pillows are provided. Guests should bring their own quilts, sleeping bags, and additional bedding.

Please note: Due to the historic layout and multiple staircases, the venue is unsuitable for wheelchair users and those with significant mobility difficulties.

• The Portrait Room – 3 single beds + 1 camp bed

Important Information

This is a paranormal investigation venue and not a party location.

• Strictly no alcohol or drugs.

• Anyone arriving under the influence will be refused entry without refund.

• A health and safety briefing and guided tour will be provided before access is granted.

• Do not touch any haunted objects.

• CCTV operates throughout the property.

• Groups reselling tickets must hold valid Public Liability Insurance.

• The lead booker is responsible for all guests and any damage caused.

• Any breach of venue rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
